I am  the Principal & Founder of Partnership For Growth. I started my career  in the UK more than 20 years ago working extensively with adults, children and families in a variety of diverse community & clinical settings.  Over the years I have developed a passionate interest in Family Conflict, Relationship Counselling, Anxiety, Stress and Depression.  My journey took me to Sydney where I trained to become a Professional Coach. I believe you are the expert in your life and we would love to work in partnership with you to create the change you want to see. Hence the birth of ‘Partnership for Growth’. I enjoy the Arts music, dance and film I try to partake (not all at once) when I can.

I am a  member of the Australian Association of Accredited Mental Health Social Workers (AMHSW),  Sydney University Alumni, and College member of the Australian College of Social Work. At Partnership for Growth, I am dedicated to helping people get in touch with what’s important and meaningful to them. To foster self-awareness, unlock potential, and cultivate a supportive partnership.
