Audrey Morrison-Greet is the Founder & Director  of Partnership For Growth, she is also the Founder of it’s sister company Relationship for Growth Coaching Consultancy and Employee Growth our EAP branch.  Audrey started her career in the UK more than 20 years ago working extensively with adults, couples, children and families in a variety of diverse community & clinical settings.  Over the years Audrey has developed a passionate interest in Family Conflict, Relationship Counselling, Anxiety, Stress and Depression.  Her journey took her to Sydney where she trained to become a Professional Coach. Audrey believes you are the expert in your life and that we work in partnership with you to create the change you want to see. Hence the birth of ‘Partnership for Growth’. Audrey enjoys reading, arts, music, dance and film and tries to partake (not all at once) when she can. Audrey is also a published author.

Luyi Huang
Luyi is a Psychological counsellor & an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Sydney University with extensive clinical experience including child, adolescent and adult mental health services. Luyi has clinical experience and skills in managing a broad range of psychological problems and has a keen interest in supporting clients who presents with trauma-related issues, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, attachment injuries, depression and anxiety. She incorporates a variety of frameworks including trauma-informed principles, Attachment-based approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Systemic Family Therapy.
Luyi is passionate about supporting and inspiring individuals in enhancing their quality of life through self-reflection and improved relationships. Luyi is multi lingual: speaking fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. During her free time, she enjoys art, films and reading.

Deborah Friend
Deborah is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Bachelor’s Degree from James Cook University, Townsville and a Masters of Advanced Social Work from Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga.
Deborah has worked in the Health Sector for nearly 20 years in both Hospital and Community Health in rural and metropolitan settings. She has broad generalist counselling experience with particular interests in Grief and Loss, Adjustment issues, Anxiety and Depression, Carer stress, Domestic Violence and Relationship issues. Â
Deborah has also had previous management experience and is passionate about employee wellbeing. She has a strong focus on Narrative, Strengths, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational approaches. Â
Deborah enjoys long walks, Pilates, gardening and spending time with family and friends.Â

Jocelyn Koukoumas
Jocelyn is an experienced Psychological Counsellor and Therapist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology and Counselling from the University of Notre Dame, Sydney. Her background includes working in clinical mental health, in an NGO, Rehab Centre and Telehealth as a Counsellor and Group Therapist. She is committed to helping individuals and couples recover from distress in their lives as a result of relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns
Jocelyn enjoys being in nature, with long walks and swims at the beach whenever possible. She enjoys reading autobiographies and loves spending time with family and friends.

Sandra Bradford
Sandra has been practicing for 18 years as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist. She has a BA in Counselling, Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Masters of Applied Social Sciences.Â
Sandra has significant experience in a number of areas including trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, life changes, grief and loss, domestic violence, Indigenous Counselling, refugee Counselling, addictions, weight loss and couple counselling and hypnotherapy.
Sandra is passionate about helping her clients reach their full potential and to move beyond trauma, barriers and limitations.

David is a psychotherapist and counsellor with more than 20 years’ experience working to support those in need. David focuses on and excels in couple’s and family therapy, trauma and substance abuse, supporting men and issues around sexual orientation by drawing on a range of techniques including Gestalt, Analytic Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Process Work. His grounded and diverse approach to counselling and therapy enables him to help clients harness their own self-healing capacity and guide them towards a happier life.
David has an understanding of drug and alcohol abuse and he works to support people dealing with the challenge of addiction.Â

Kristin is a qualified counsellor and social worker with over 15 years’ experience in a variety of community settings supporting people’s mental health and wellbeing. She has worked with people experiencing anxiety and depression and has a special interest in supporting women in times of transition. Kristin has a strong focus on mindfulness and self-compassion-based practice approaches and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy within a strength-based framework. She is committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for people to be themselves, explore, grow, and discover their own strengths and solutions.Â
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, Brisbane and a Master of Social Work from Southern Cross University, Gold Coast.
Kristin enjoys early morning beach walks, baking cakes, dancing, and pizza nights with family and friends.

Paula ensures that are clients our looked after well and they have a positive experience. Paula has a background in leadership, administration and practice management.
Paula enjoys reading, baking, drawing and painting with acrylics in her spare time – which isn’t very often with a young family. Bushwalking and enjoying landscape masterpieces such as waterfalls is also something she thoroughly enjoys.
Paula has completed the 55km Oxfam Trailwalker twice, something she would like to chance to do again at some stage.
