Audrey Morrison-Greet

Audrey  is the Founder & Director of the Partnership For Growth Group, which includes Relationships for Growth Coaching Consultancy and Employee Growth, our EAP (employee assistance program) division.

She is proud to lead a team of experienced, high quality counsellors and professionals in complementary fields.

Audrey started her career in the UK more than 20 years ago working extensively with adults, couples, children and families in a variety of diverse community & clinical settings.  Audrey has developed a passionate interest in Family Conflict, Relationship Counselling, Anxiety, Stress and Depression.   Her journey took her to Sydney where she completed her Masters in Psychology of Coaching.   Audrey believes you are the expert in your life and we work in partnership with you to create the change you want to see.  Hence the birth of ‘Partnership for Growth’.

Senior Associate

Jocelyn Koukoumas is a registered Psychological Counsellor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology and Counselling from the University of Notre Dame, Sydney.  She has extensive experience supporting individuals and couples to recover from distress in their lives as a result of relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.

Jocelyn employees a tailored strength-based, solution focused approach, incorporating robust techniques from a range of modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy, 

Jocelyn accepts clients with Bupa, Medibank AHM Private Insurance Cover. 

Associates

Roberta Iavarone is a Registered Counsellor with a Bachelor’s degree from University of Sydney and a postgraduate qualification in trauma-informed counselling from Jansen Newman Institute at Torrens University, along with extensive experience delivering clinical services in community mental health and employee assistance programs (EAP).

Drawing from a broad range of personal and professional life experiences, Roberta works with diverse populations and presentations. Roberta operates through a humanistic, culturally sensitive and inclusive lens, integrating a wide range of evidence based modalities including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution- and Brief Intervention-Focused Therapies.

Roberta accepts clients with Bupa, Medibank AHM, CUA, Teacher’s Fund and Police Fund Private Insurance Cover. 

Nehha Bhatnagar is a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. She is also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a Full Member of the Meditation Association of Australia and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. With a holistic lens on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing, Nehha brings evidence-based tools, information and therapies to work with her clients. Her diverse range of training enables her to empower her clients to thrive within themselves and feel at home within themselves in all aspects of their lives.

She uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness therapies, Nutrition Counselling and is also an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist (CTDS).  Nehha is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi languages.

Arzu Aksu Chapman is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a focus on depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders and drug/ alcohol addiction She previously supported clients with the above-stated issues as well as PTSD, trauma, and grief/ loss while working as a counsellor in various clinics.

Arzu is particularly interested in working with adolescents and adults using solution-focused brief therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. She has experience blending these therapies to cater to individual clients’ needs and has an approach that ensures the sessions have willing acceptance from each client.

Her style is warm and inviting and demonstrates genuine engagement with her clients. She has had many life experiences and can thus relate to most circumstances that individual clients may have. She is passionate about this field, and each client’s progress is her motivation.

Arzu holds a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Australian College of Applied Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling, Australian College of Applied Psychology

Luiz Bulus is a highly-trained Counsellor with a unique skill set and approach to therapy. With a Bachelor of Business focus in Applied Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling, he has a strong academic foundation. As a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), Luiz is committed to providing his clients with the highest quality of care. Luiz offers a comprehensive range of therapeutic modalities. He works from a client-centred and trauma-informed integrative approach, prioritising client safety, empowerment, collaboration, and autonomy in a therapeutic atmosphere of trust and respect. He works with solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapies, acceptance & commitment therapy, emotionally focused therapy, dialectical-behaviour therapy, and mindfulness. Luiz has experience working with clients presenting major depressive disorder, addiction, social, situational, and generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia, addiction, trauma, affect dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and intrapsychic concerns as low self-esteem and suicidality. He also specialises in couples therapy and supports clients in the LGBTQIA+ community.  Luiz is fluent in Spanish.

Vanessa Bowen is a registered counsellor with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science from La Trobe University and a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counselling.

Vanessa specialises in grief and loss counselling and stress and anxiety management. She takes a gentle and empathic approach to counselling, making time to gain a deep understanding of each client and their needs. She is particularly passionate about providing inclusive support to members of the LGBTQIA+ community. She also has experience working with neurodivergent clients and clients who are living with disability. Vanessa has an eclectic counselling style that draws upon a range of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Tahira Hassan is a registered counsellor, coach and learning and development consultant with a Masters of Counselling, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

Tahira has lived in a number of countries and truly values diversity and inclusion. She also enjoys working with culturally and linguistically diverse groups of people. As a counsellor, Tahira has supported adults and adolescents impacted by self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression and identity crises in their personal lives. Tahira also has a depth of corporate experience in the field of training and career coaching. She has also counselled individuals in the professional sphere and really loves partnering with people in helping them navigate career and life transitions. Tahira has also done significant work in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and is adept at brief interventions. Tahira has also conducted workshops on a number of leadership and wellbeing topics both in the private and public sector.

Tahira can support clients with anxiety, depression and grief, identity, confidence and self-esteem issues, navigating life transitions, and career and relationship issues. Her modalities and interventions include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Schema and Gestalt therapies.
